First Time Clients:
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the scheduled starting time to fill out our intake and medical history form, changing and prepare for the service. Returning clients are asked to arrive 10 minutes prior to scheduled starting time to check in, and allow for down time to make their treatments more enjoyable. Please also note to allow time to find our location in the Millstone Building. We are in the same office as TLC Chiropractic.
Cancellations:
We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. When you book an appointment that time is reserved for you. Missed appointments are costly in lost time and revenue, and it prevents us from providing services to other clients. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:
A 24 hour advance notice is required when cancelling a massage appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give advance notice we charge 80% of the regular price for the first cancelled/missed appointment less that 24 hours. And full payment for all others following. This amount will be billed to you and must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.
No Shows:
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show” and will be charged the full price for their “missed” appointment. This amount will be billed to you and must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.
Late Arrivals:
If you are not ready or not available for your massage upon arrival of the therapist, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Your therapist will determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly, be ready and on time.
Gift Certificates:
Gift certificates are non-refundable. Can not be redeemed for cash. They expire one year after purchased and can not be redeemed after expiration date. Gift certificates must be presented in order to redeemed. Lost or stolen gift certificates will not be replaced. Photo copies of gift certificate will not be accepted.
